Saxifraga White 3 Ltr

Saxifraga White 3 Ltr

Compact, mat-forming Saxifraga with neat evergreen foliage and dainty white flowers on slender stems in spring to early summer. Ideal for rock gardens, wall crevices, edging and containers or troughs, it prefers cool conditions with moist but free-draining, moderately fertile soil. Best in partial shade, though it will cope with sun if the soil does not dry out; avoid waterlogging in winter and prolonged dryness in summer. Deadhead to keep plants tidy and lightly trim after flowering as needed. Fully hardy in Irish gardens.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
