Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Windyridge packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include all hardware or manuals.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring no previous shipping marks are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
