Saxifraga Marto Picotee is a compact mossy saxifrage forming neat, evergreen cushions of finely divided foliage. In spring, slender stems carry airy sprays of delicate blooms above the mound. Ideal for rock gardens, alpine troughs, crevices, and the front of cool, partially shaded borders or containers. Thrives in moist but well-drained, moderately fertile, humus-rich soil; avoid waterlogging and protect from hot afternoon sun. Deadhead after flowering to keep the cushion tidy.
