Ranunculus Vortex Orange

Ranunculus Vortex Orange

Ranunculus Vortex Orange is a showy Persian buttercup selection prized for its vibrant, fully double orange blooms held above fresh green foliage in late spring to early summer. Ideal for sunny, well-drained borders, containers, and cutting, it thrives in Ireland in a bright, sheltered spot with moderately fertile, free-draining soil. Keep the soil evenly moist in the growing season but avoid winter wet; not fully hardy, so protect from frost with mulch, container shelter, or by lifting after die-back. Deadhead spent flowers to encourage continued blooming.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
