Pulmonaria Majestee

Pulmonaria Majestee

Pulmonaria Majestee is a clump-forming, shade-loving lungwort valued for its luminous silvered foliage and early spring display of blue flowers. Ideal for shady borders, woodland planting and underplanting shrubs, it thrives in moist, humus-rich, well-drained soil and is best kept out of hot midday sun. An excellent early-season nectar source for bees, it forms neat ground-covering clumps and is generally low-maintenance; after flowering, remove any tired or winter-marked leaves to refresh the plant. Fully hardy in Ireland.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
