Primula belarina Baltic Blue
Primula belarina Baltic Blue
Primula belarina Baltic Blue is a compact, clump-forming primrose producing fully double, rich blue rosettes of blooms in spring, above neat mounds of green, semi-evergreen foliage. Excellent for brightening shaded containers, the front of borders and path edges, it thrives in partial shade to shade in moist but well-drained, fertile, humus-rich soil. Fully hardy and well suited to Irish gardens; deadhead to prolong flowering and divide congested clumps after flowering if needed.
To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
