POLYANTHUS Showstopper Bucks Fizz

POLYANTHUS Showstopper Bucks Fizz

Polyanthus ‘Showstopper Bucks Fizz’ is a compact, hardy bedding primula that brings reliable late‑winter to spring colour for Irish gardens. Forming low rosettes of semi‑evergreen leaves, it flowers freely on short stems from February into April, making a cheerful feature for pots, window boxes and the front of partially shaded borders. Plant in moisture‑retentive, humus‑rich, well‑drained soil, keep evenly moist, and site in partial or light shade for best results; mature clumps typically reach around 20–30cm tall and wide.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
