LUPINUS WC Polar Princess

LUPINUS WC Polar Princess

LUPINUS Polar Princess

Lupinus ‘Polar Princess’ is a clump-forming, herbaceous perennial lupin with palmate green leaves and tall, upright spires of pure white, pea-like flowers in early to mid-summer. Excellent in mixed borders and cottage-garden schemes and valued by pollinators, it performs best in full sun or light shade in moist but well-drained, moderately fertile soil that is neutral to acid (avoid very chalky soils). Eventual size around 1m tall and 0.5m wide; suitable for borders and large containers.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
