LAVATERA BURGUNDY WINE

Lavatera ‘Burgundy Wine’ (tree mallow) is a free-flowering, semi-evergreen sub-shrub with palmate foliage and rich dark pink, funnel-shaped blooms in summer. Fast growing to around 2.5 x 2.5m, it thrives in full sun and moist but well-drained, moderately fertile soil. Excellent for informal borders, cottage gardens and large containers, it attracts pollinators and holds the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
