Helleborus Ice n Roses Red

Helleborus Ice n Roses Red is a compact, evergreen hellebore prized for its rich red, outward-facing blooms that appear from late winter into spring, bringing welcome colour when little else is in flower. Forming tidy clumps of leathery dark-green foliage, it excels in partial to full shade and is ideal for woodland edges, shaded borders and under deciduous trees. Plant in fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil (neutral to alkaline) and remove old leaves in late winter to showcase the new flowers. Its early nectar and pollen make it valuable for bees and other pollinators.
