GEUM Fiery Tempest
Geum Fiery Tempest
Geum ‘Fiery Tempest’ is a compact, clump-forming perennial suited to Irish gardens, producing showy flowers in late spring and early summer. Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or light shade, and avoid waterlogged sites. Its neat habit (typically around 30–60cm) fits well at the front of borders and in containers for informal, cottage-style planting. Deadhead spent blooms to encourage further display, and divide established clumps every few years to maintain vigour.
To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
