Euphorbia 'Miners Merlot' 1.5 Ltr pot

Euphorbia ‘Miners Merlot’ is a compact, evergreen spurge valued for its rich merlot‑purple foliage that provides year‑round colour and contrast. In spring, upright stems carry domes of yellow‑green bracts, bringing a fresh, luminous display from around April to June. It performs best in full sun to light shade and moist but well‑drained, moderately fertile soil, making it a reliable choice for mixed borders and structural planting schemes. After flowering, cut back spent stems to the base while wearing gloves, as Euphorbia sap is an irritant.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
