EUPHORBIA Ascot Petite
EUPHORBIA Ascot Petite
EUPHORBIA Ascot Petite is a compact, evergreen euphorbia forming neat mounds with narrow leaves and showy yellow‑green flower bracts in spring to early summer. It thrives in full sun or light shade on well‑drained soils, doing best in moderately fertile, light or chalky ground, and coping with dry conditions once established. A useful choice for sunny borders, gravel and low‑maintenance plantings in Ireland, it dislikes winter wet; wear gloves when removing spent stems after flowering, as the milky sap may irritate skin.
To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
