Coreopsis Early Sunrise

Coreopsis Early Sunrise

Coreopsis ‘Early Sunrise’ is a compact, clump-forming herbaceous perennial valued for its bright, semi-double golden-yellow daisy-like blooms held over neat green foliage. Flowering reliably from early to late summer, it’s ideal for sunny mixed borders and containers, and benefits from regular deadheading to extend the display. Grow in full sun in moderately fertile, well-drained soil with average moisture. In Irish gardens, avoid waterlogged sites over winter and divide or replant if plants become short-lived; expect an eventual height of around 45–60cm.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
