Anthurium andr. 'Joli' 6+ flower

Anthurium andraeanum ‘Joli’ is an evergreen houseplant grown for its glossy, heart-shaped foliage and long-lasting decorative spathes carried above the leaves. It performs well indoors in Ireland in bright, indirect light, producing showy bracts on and off through the year when kept warm and well cared for. Give it a free-draining, peat-free houseplant mix and water when the top of the compost just begins to dry, allowing excess to drain; never leave it sitting in water. Maintain good humidity (misting or a pebble tray helps), keep it out of cold draughts, and feed lightly during spring and summer. Repot in spring if roots crowd the pot.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
