Pyrus c. Conference 7.5L

Pyrus communis ‘Conference’ is a widely grown dessert pear, valued for its reliable white spring blossom and dependable garden performance. A deciduous tree with green foliage, it does best in full sun and fertile, well‑drained soil. Fully hardy in Ireland, it benefits from a sheltered position away from frost pockets to protect the blossom, and steady moisture while establishing. Suitable for kitchen gardens, mixed borders or small home orchards.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
