Amelanchier lamarckii C70 Multistem 200/250

Amelanchier lamarckii is a graceful multi-stem tree valued for its early spring display and seasonal interest. In April, clusters of starry white flowers open before or with the leaves, which emerge bronze-tinged and mature to green before developing rich autumn colour. It does best in Ireland in full sun or light shade on moist but well-drained, preferably neutral to acid soil; avoid very chalky conditions. Over time it forms a large shrub or small tree to around 8m tall and 6m wide, making an elegant choice for multi-stem specimens, light screening, and mixed borders where year-round structure and spring blossom are desired.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
