Allium Summer Beauty

Allium Summer Beauty is a clump-forming, bulbous perennial with neat, strap-like leaves and rounded heads of soft purple, nectar-rich flowers in mid to late summer. It thrives in full sun or light shade and well-drained, moderately fertile soil, making a reliable, compact accent for mixed borders and edging. Excellent for pollinators; remove spent heads to tidy, and allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall).
