ACER SHIR. MOONRISE

Acer shirasawanum 'Moonrise' is a slow-growing, deciduous Japanese maple valued for its elegant branching and striking seasonal foliage. Plant in light shade with shelter from drying winds, in moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil that is preferably acidic to neutral. Avoid chalky conditions. Its refined habit makes it an excellent specimen for gardens where its foliage can be appreciated up close.
