Acer pal. Tsumagaki 100-125 cm C 50L Specim.

Acer palmatum 'Tsumagaki' is a refined Japanese maple valued for its striking spring display: finely divided leaves emerge with vivid red-tipped lobes before maturing to fresh green through summer, then turning rich red to orange in autumn. A slow-growing, deciduous small tree, it thrives in a sheltered position with sun or light shade and moist, well-drained, acid to neutral soil. Ideal as a specimen for courtyards, containers, and Japanese-style planting, it brings elegant, four-season structure and colour without overwhelming smaller spaces.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
