Acer palmatum 'Cascade Gold' is a graceful, cascading Japanese maple valued for its delicately textured foliage and luminous golden tones through the growing season. It performs best in Ireland in a sheltered spot with sun or light shade, protected from cold, drying winds. Plant in moist but well‑drained, fertile soil that is preferably acid to neutral to support steady, slow growth and dependable seasonal colour. A refined choice for architectural structure in borders, courtyards and terrace plantings.
