Ilex crenata Dark Green / 30 CM BALL C7.5

Ilex crenata Dark Green 30 CM BALL C7.5

Ilex crenata 'Dark Green' is an evergreen Japanese holly prized for its dense, fine-textured foliage and excellent response to clipping. Supplied here as a neatly shaped 30 cm ball, it’s ideal for formal entrances, topiary accents, and structured planting schemes. Small, glossy, dark green leaves create a refined look without spines, and the plant is well-suited to sun or light shade in moist, well-drained, preferably acidic soil. In late spring to early summer it bears small white flowers; overall growth is slow to moderate, making maintenance straightforward with occasional light trims.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
