Ilex Crenata Dark Green Cone C15 145cm

Ilex Crenata Dark Green Cone C15 145cm

Ilex crenata 'Dark Green' is a refined evergreen topiary cone with dense, fine-textured, dark green leaves that hold a crisp outline year-round. Naturally compact and slow-growing, it responds well to regular clipping, making an excellent choice for formal entrances, containers, and structured planting. Small, discreet white flowers may appear in late spring to early summer; on female plants, tiny black berries can follow. Best in sun to light shade and in moist but well-drained, moderately fertile, preferably acidic soil; fully hardy.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
