Aubrieta Kitte Blue

Aubrieta ‘Kitte Blue’ is a low, mat-forming evergreen perennial that produces a vivid carpet of blue flowers in spring. Ideal for rock gardens, wall crevices and the front of sunny borders in Ireland, it thrives in well-drained, moderately fertile, neutral to alkaline soils, including chalk and light, sandy ground. Flowering in April and May, it makes an attractive evergreen cushion; trim lightly after flowering to keep growth dense and tidy.
