Aubrieta Axcent Burgundy 3 Ltr

Aubrieta Axcent Burgundy 3 Ltr

Aubrieta ‘Axcent Burgundy’ is a mat-forming, evergreen perennial ideal for rockeries, walls, gravel gardens, banks and containers. Forming tight cushions of leafcolour:green foliage, it produces masses of deep red flowers in spring, thriving in full sun and well-drained, moderately fertile soil, especially where the soil is neutral to alkaline. Height and spread to around 0.2 × 0.2m, making a neat, long-lived edging or cascading plant that’s also valued by pollinators in Irish gardens.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
