Hydrangea ‘Runaway Bride’ is an award-winning lacecap hydrangea noted for masses of elegant white blooms that often blush pink as they age, carried along gracefully arching stems from early summer into early autumn. A deciduous, mounded shrub reaching around 1–1.5m, it thrives in sun or light shade and in moist, fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil. Superb in mixed borders or large containers for a long season of colour; lightly tidy in spring by removing old flowerheads and any weak growth.
