AGAPANTHUS KILMURRY WHITE

AGAPANTHUS KILMURRY WHITE

Agapanthus ‘Kilmurry White’ is a hardy, deciduous African lily valued for its rounded heads of pure-white, funnel-shaped blooms held on sturdy stems in mid to late summer above clumps of strap-like green leaves. It performs best in full sun and moist but well-drained, moderately fertile soil, making a striking choice for sunny borders or containers where warmth and drainage encourage flowering. For Irish gardens, site in a bright, sheltered position, avoid waterlogging, and apply a dry winter mulch over the crown in colder areas; deadhead after flowering and feed in spring to support a strong display.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
