Description: Sansevieria trifasciata is a foolproof houseplant. Its fibrous, succulent, dagger-shaped leaves arise from thick fleshy underground rhizomes which spread to form large clumps. 

Often called Mother-in-law's tongue or Snake plant, it is widely underrated. Indeed, it is very easy to grow, very forgiving with beginners, shade tolerant. Cherry on the top: it is one of the rare plants that absorb harmful substances from your home and releases oxygen at night!

Height & Spread: 0.6 x 0.3 m

Light requirement: Bright to medium indirect sunlight, shade tolerant

Water requirement: Moderate to low.

Soil: Moist but well-drained (house plant compost)

Feeding: Every 2 weeks from March to September
