Rhododendron pon. Grazeasy Soft Pink

Rhododendron pon. Grazeasy Soft Pink

Rhododendron pon. Grazeasy Soft Pink is an evergreen rhododendron valued for its spring display of showy trusses and handsome, glossy foliage, performing reliably in Ireland’s cool, humid climate. Grow in acidic, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil with plenty of organic matter; avoid chalk or limy conditions. Best in partial shade to shade and a sheltered position; water during dry spells, mulch annually with leafmould or composted bark, and deadhead spent trusses after flowering. Little pruning is needed beyond removing dead or crossing wood; if unpruned and well sited it can become a substantial shrub over time (eventually 5m+). Flowering is typically late spring to early summer.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
