Valley Rose' is a compact, upright, rounded, evergreen shrub with oblong to lance-shaped, glossy, dark green leaves, bronze-flushed, pale green when young, and panicles of rose-pink buds opening to urn-shaped, lightly fragrant, pale pink flowers in early spring.
