IBERIS SEMP. SNOW CONE

IBERIS SEMP. SNOW CONE

Iberis semp. Snow Cone

Iberis sempervirens ‘Snow Cone’ is a compact, evergreen candytuft forming neat, low mounds of narrow dark green foliage, topped with sheets of pure white flowers in spring. Best in full sun and well-drained, moderately fertile soil that can be neutral to alkaline (tolerates chalk). Ideal for rock gardens, front-of-border edging and for softening the tops of walls. Lightly trim immediately after flowering to keep the cushion tight and encourage fresh growth. Expect around 25–30cm in height and 40–45cm spread over time; fully hardy in Irish conditions.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
