Hebe Green Globe

Hebe Green Globe

Hebe ‘Green Globe’ is a compact, naturally dome-forming evergreen shrub valued for its tight, neat habit and small, glossy green leaves. Ideal for low edging, containers, and the front of borders, it performs best in full sun or light shade in moist but well‑drained, moderately fertile soil. Growth is slow, so it keeps its rounded shape with minimal trimming; in Ireland, choose a warm, sheltered spot out of cold, drying winds and avoid waterlogged soils, offering winter protection in colder inland or frost‑prone gardens if severe weather is forecast.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
