Euonymus jap. Micr. Aureomarginatus

Euonymus japonicus ‘Aureomarginatus’ is a dependable, evergreen shrub prized for its glossy green leaves boldly edged in yellow, forming a dense, tidy habit that clips well for neat shapes or low hedging. Reliable in Irish gardens, it thrives in sun or light shade and in well-drained soils, including those over chalk, and it copes well in coastal locations. With an average growth rate, it develops over time into a substantial, rounded shrub around 1.5–2.5m tall and wide, giving year-round structure and colour with minimal maintenance.
