Cupressus macro. ‘Goldcrest Wilma’ is a compact, upright, evergreen Monterey cypress valued for its bright yellow foliage and naturally neat, pyramidal outline—ideal for containers, entrances and formal accents. The foliage is pleasantly lemon-scented when lightly rubbed. In Ireland, grow in full sun to maintain the best colour, in moist but well‑drained, moderately fertile soil, and provide shelter from cold, drying winds; light trimming helps keep its tidy shape. A slow grower, it will reach a modest few metres over time.
