CONVOLVULUS cneorum

CONVOLVULUS cneorum

CONVOLVULUS cneorum 3L

Convolvulus cneorum (silverbush) is a compact, sun-loving evergreen forming a neat, mounded dome of silky silver foliage, topped in late spring and early summer with showy, satin-white, funnel-shaped flowers with a golden-yellow eye. It performs best in full sun and very well-drained soils, thriving on light, sandy or chalky ground and coping well with dry spells once established. A superb choice for Mediterranean-style planting and sunny rock gardens or the front of warm, free-draining borders in Ireland; avoid winter wet and heavy, waterlogged soils for best results.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
