Campanula Blue Dome

Campanula Blue Dome

Campanula Blue Dome is a compact, mound-forming bellflower prized for its abundant blue, bell-shaped blooms in early to mid-summer. Ideal for edging, rock gardens, walls and containers, it thrives in sun or light shade in Ireland on moisture-retentive but well-drained, moderately fertile soils, and it copes well with alkaline or chalky ground. Deadhead regularly and shear lightly after the first flush to encourage further flowers; a low‑maintenance, reliable choice for informal borders and rockery planting.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
