BERGENIA Harzkristall

Bergenia ‘Harzkristall’ is an evergreen, clump-forming perennial valued for its bold, glossy foliage and clean white spring flowers. Forming dense rosettes of leathery leaves, it makes reliable ground cover and neat edging along paths or borders, and suits rock gardens and containers. Expect compact growth to around 30–60cm in height and spread. It performs well in sun or partial shade in fertile, moist but well-drained soil, and is notably tolerant of dry shade once established—useful for brightening difficult spots while adding steady structure through the year.
