A classic tall hollyhock for Irish gardens, producing sturdy upright spires densely packed with fully double rose‑pink blooms in mid to late summer. Best in full sun and moderately fertile, well‑drained soil, this short‑lived perennial or biennial is ideal for the back of a sunny, sheltered border or along walls and fences in cottage‑style plantings. Provide support in windy spots and remove spent spikes to keep plants tidy.
